Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Sliding-Scale Tuition ModelThe Family Obligation is collected through the FACTS Tuition system over a 10-month period, beginning July 2024 through April 2025. FACTS accounts are set up after enrollment is confirmed.

$150.00 FAMILY FUNDRAISING OBLIGATION (FFO)
The cost to educate your child and operate the school is greater than the tuition amounts collected. We rely on fundraising, donations, and parish subsidy to be able to provide the best educational experience possible for our students. This year, we are implementing a supplemental fundraising requirement for each family. All school families will be responsible for what we are now calling the Family Fundraising Obligation (or FFO) at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Over the course of the school year, families will be required to meet this obligation through participation in either the school’s Annual Fund or the Spring Gala.
The FFO will be $500 for families with one student and $750 for families with two or more students. Families will have all school year to meet this obligation.

VOLUNTEER HOURS REQUIREMENT
All parents are required to volunteer 20 hours per academic year, which must be completed by May 1, 2025. ($20 per hour if failed to complete). [Visit our Volunteer Page]
