Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School is committed to making a quality, Catholic education affordable for many families. In an effort to be good stewards, the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston utilizes the FACTS application process for determining financial needs in allocating tuition assistance. Applications are made available through the FACTS Management System website. 

CLICK TO APPLY FOR FACTS GRANT & AID 2025-2026 

An online application must be completed with the following information included:

• Most recent Federal tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules;
• 2023 W-2 and tax return forms for each parent/guardian
• Supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child;
• Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF

Deadlines for FACTS Tuition Assistance

*Applications are NOW OPEN as of December 1, 2024*

*ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE UPLOADED TO FACTS AND
APPLICATION MUST BE IN “VERIFIED” OR “DNF‐DO NOT FILE” STATUS.
